We ship to most places! Unfortunately, we cannot get full tracking to some remote areas so we have decided not to ship to those areas.

Returns/Exchanges/Refunds Policy
Do not return any packages to the return address on labels - they will not make it and will not be eligible for return/exchange/refund.
Returns, exchanges or cancellations are accepted as long as you:
- contact us within 7 days of delivery
- return item(s) within 14 days of delivery
- request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase or have contacted us to ensure your order has not been shipped

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- nail sets that have been worn or tampered with causing damage

Conditions of return/exchange:
- buyer is responsible for all shipping costs (including additional shipping costs for exchange or return)
- buyer is responsible for any lost return packages if no tracking is provided, refund and exchanges will not be accepted until items are returned in original condition

Fees associated with cancellations and returns:
- a $10CAD cancellation fee is applied to any accounts with unpaid & cancelled invoices
- a 25% restocking fee may be applied to orders cancelled after 24 hours
