We ship to most places! Unfortunately, we cannot get full tracking to some remote areas so we have decided not to ship to those areas.
Tracked shipping is a flat rate of $10CAD for Canada & US and $15CAD Internationally. FREE shipping is available on Canadian orders over $50, US orders over $60CAD/$45US, and International orders over $150CAD.

Internationally - 7-30 business days
- contact us within 7 days of delivery
- return item(s) within 14 days of delivery
- request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase or have contacted us to ensure your order has not been shipped
- nail sets that have been worn or tampered with causing damage
- any custom or personalized orders (custom sizing, design, etc.)
- items won in a giveaway or purchased with a gift code (exchanges may be allowed)
- sale items
- buyer is responsible for any lost return packages if no tracking is provided, refund and exchanges will not be accepted until items are returned in original condition
- if items are not returned in original condition, buyer is responsible for any loss in value
- items are considered "lost" in transit
- please allow the following time for packages to arrive before requesting a "lost package" refund:
