We ship to most places! Unfortunately, we cannot get full tracking to some remote areas so we have decided not to ship to those areas.

Orders that meet the free shipping minimum are shipped with full tracking & insurance.

Untracked packages will arrive in a slim box & different packaging for the nails to accommodate the thin packaging. Nails are still packed securely to prevent damage, however, since there is no insurance on these packages if damage does occur it out of our control.

Returns/Exchanges/Refunds Policy

 

Returns, exchanges or cancellations are accepted as long as you:

- contact us within 7 days of delivery
- return item(s) within 14 days of delivery
- request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase or have contacted us to ensure your order has not been shipped

 

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- nail sets that have been worn or tampered with causing damage
- any custom or personalized orders (custom sizing, design, extra durability, etc.)
- items won in a giveaway or purchased with a gift code (exchanges may be allowed)
- sale items

 

Conditions of return/exchange:

 

- buyer is responsible for all shipping costs (including additional shipping costs for exchange or return*)
- buyer is responsible for any lost return packages if no tracking is provided, refund and exchanges will not be accepted until items are returned in original condition
- if items are not returned in original condition, buyer is responsible for any loss in value
 
*US orders will incur a return fee of the original cost of shipping + the return to me (average of $12CAD) unless they are shipped directly to my Canadian address (also at buyers expense)
 

 

Refunds will be considered if:

 

- items were damaged in transit
- items are considered "lost" in transit

 

Conditions of refund:

 

- evidence may be asked for, so please keep all original packaging
- please allow the following time for packages to arrive before requesting a "lost package" refund:
        Canada - up to 15 business days
        United States - up to 25 business days
        International - up to 40 business days
 
Fees associated with cancellations and returns:
 
 
- a $10CAD cancellation fee is applied to any accounts with unpaid & cancelled invoices
- a 25% restocking fee may be applied to orders cancelled after 24 hours
 
 
Reshipping Fees/Wrong Address
 
If a package is not claimed or sent to the wrong address it may be returned to sender automatically.
 
Wrong address:
 
- if the package is not returned it is unfortunately out of my control and there's nothing I can do
- if package is returned, see reshipping below
 
Reshipping fees:
 
- if a package is returned or unclaimed the buyer will have to pay the return fees (cost of the original shipping) as well as a reshipping fee (the shipping cost), US orders will also have to pay an additional return fee for returns over the border
